The National Federation of State High School Association's rules do not allow instant replay for high school teams, but the Alabama High School Sports Association has been granted a waiver to install instant replay as an experiment for up to three years. Area head coaches believe that this could change high school football. The AHSAA will be partnering with DVsports to use their technology. Andalusia High School plans to start with new equipment in the fall of 2018. 

Andalusia High School will be the first high school in the state to incorporate instant replay into regular season games.
